Grove City, PA - Rebecca S. "Becky" Mattocks, 84, of Grove City, passed peacefully on Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 14, 2026, at Grove Manor, following a lengthy illness.

Becky was born on April 25, 1941, in New Castle to Donald E. "Pat" and Nora (Flannery) Eakin. She married Thomas G. Mattocks on July 22, 1963; he preceded her in death on Aug. 7, 2022.

She was a graduate of Grove City High School and a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Becky retired from Grove City Area School District after 20 years of service as a custodian.

Becky was a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by two children, Mont (Beth) Mattocks and Tom Mattocks, both of Grove City; and four grandchildren, Radd, Caden, Rylee and Colton Mattocks.

Becky is preceded in death her parents; husband; a sister, Patricia Eakin; and two brothers, Richard and William Eakin.
